Returns and Exchange

Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery (date is noted in the tracking information provided by e-mail), in perfect condition with a copy of your invoice included.

Your account will be credited within 3-5 business days of receipt, without including any shipping costs and a confirmation email will be sent to you at the same time.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning and exchanged products.

Mo’Unite does not assume any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned items lost in transit.

Please note that Mo’Unite does not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

All refunds will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to make the original purchase.
